The Afterparty

2016
We, along with Katie's parents Liz and Quentin, invite you to join us for a celebration of our marriage at NYC's Hudson Terrace. There will be an open bar, plenty of light bites and dessert. (Think: opening night party!)
We'd love for you to arrive no later than 8:30pm as there will be entertainment that we don't want you to miss. Please don't hesitate to reach out to Ryan or Katie with any questions.
We suggest Festive / Cocktail attire. Wear what makes you feel great and will be comfortable partying in all night!

12am-?? Afterparty at Perdition
Hudson Terrace is located just east of the West Side Highway at 46th Street on the far west side of Manhattan. The easiest and most direct option is to walk from within midtown, or arrive by taxi or Uber.
If you'd prefer public transportation, take the A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, N, R, Q or 7 train to Times Square/42nd Street. From Times Square, take the M42 bus crosstown to 11th Avenue & 42nd Street and walk to 46th Street. Alternately, take a short taxi ride from Times Square or a 15-20 minute leisurely stroll to 46th Street between 11th & 12th Avenues.
If you're still going once the main event ends, please make your way to our local bar (and also the place that we met!) for more libations. End time TBD...
From the venue walk away from the river (east) on 46th Street. When you reach 10th Avenue make a left and walk 2.5 blocks to 10th Avenue between 48th & 49th Streets.
We officially tied the knot at Katie's Grandma's house outside of Lexington, Virginia over Labor Day weekend. (While we're so excited to celebrate with you in NYC, our ceremony was intended to be very small and included immediate family only.)
The home and surrounding land was named Gulchleigh by Katie's grandparents and has been a gathering place for her family for summer vacations and holidays for her entire life. We've celebrated every Thanksgiving here since we met, and are grateful that we got to include Katie's Grandma Jane in the day's events. (She is 106 and still the Queen of Gulchleigh!) We were also overjoyed to get to share this special place with Ryan's family for the first time.
